FIRS invites stakeholders to engagement meeting

The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) has invited stakeholders to an engagement meeting to discuss tax processes and measures that can be taken towards ensuring that tax compliance process is easier and more convenient for taxpayers. The meeting, which is scheduled to hold on 28 June 2017, is an offshoot of the recent automation of value added tax and withholding tax platforms by FIRS.

Stakeholders invited include financial services institutions and companies operating in the oil and gas sector. Please click here for further details on the meeting.
